Cancellation Policy

To cancel your session please let us know 24hrs before or you risk loosing your payment. By booking a session with Sarah Rodriguez from Silsar Rising Holistic Healing and Psychic Services, participants automatically agree to the following terms: Acknowledgment of Risks: Participation in energy healing involves minor risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and mental effects; potential adverse reactions like dizziness, lightheadedness, and emotional release; risk of physical injury; and risk of personal property damage or loss. Assumption of Risk: Participants voluntarily agree to assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participating in the event. Waiver and Release: Participants release, discharge, and hold harmless Sarah Rodriguez from Silsar Rising Holistic Healing and Spiritual Services, its volunteers, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of participation in the event, including liability for personal injury, death, or property damage. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarah Rodriguez from Silsar Rising Holistic Healing and Spiritual Services, its volunteers, agents, and employees, from any claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of participation in the event. Medical Treatment: Participants understand that no medical services are provided. In the event of injury or illness, participants consent to receive emergency medical treatment and agree to be responsible for associated costs. Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Severability: If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
